Despite the billions of dollars spent on fighting drug trafficking between Mexico and the USA since the 1990s, the consumption of drugs in the USA continues to grow. Over the course of three years investigative journalist Romain Bolzinger infiltrates the Sinaloa Cartel, the most dangerous in Mexico. By gaining the trust of the traffickers, he was able to capture its hidden laboratories, daily kidnappings, hitmen, and corruption.
